Postage and packing
Postage and packing is calculated by weight. Delivery for one standard Connecta costs £3 in the UK, £5 to Europe and £7.50 everywhere else. For a quote on other items or combinations of items simply add your items to the shopping cart and click to 'Add delivery'. The shopping cart will tell you the postage to be charged for that order. We post Worldwide
Terms and Conditions
1. UK Trading laws apply for all transactions.
2. Carriers are made to order (unless otherwise stated when ordering) and will be delivered within 2 weeks. You will receive a confirmation email from Paypal after placing your order. Unless there is a problem or we have any questions you will not receive any further emails until your carrier is ready. You will then receive an email to notify you that it has been posted. If you have any queries at any time please do not hesitate to contact us. We aim to respond to all emails within 24 hours
3. Orders may be cancelled within 7 days of receipt for a full refund (including postage). You must take reasonable care of the carrier and we ask that you return it in good condition and with original packaging. Please email in the first instance to cancel your order. A certificate of posting must be obtained when returning and the customer must pay the cost of return postage. Orders must be returned to the address above.
4. Custom orders, where the customer provides their own fabric or requests alterations to the basic carrier design (such as strap length) may not be cancelled and refunds will not be given.
5. When buying goods on the internet you are entering into a legally binding contract.
6. Privacy- We only collect and store customer's personal and financial information in order to process orders. We comply with the UK Data Protection Act 1998 and do not sell or share your personal information with anyone.
